Fannie Schiavoni's Spring 2011 Installation

Fannie Schiavoni, a former intern of designers such as Hussein Chalayan, Giles Deacon and Julien Macdonald, has a collection of amazingly constructed chain mail body jewelry that turns every outfit up like 5 notches! Born in Sweden, Fannie moved to London at 18 to study tailoring and quickly caught the eye of Vogue contributing editor Sarah Mower, who submitted her to the NewGen program funded by the British Fashion Council. Once British blogger SusieBubble got photographed wearing a chain mail crop top, the word about Fannie spread like wildfire amongst the fashion jet set. Counted among her many fans are Dolce & Gabbana (who displayed her pieces in their newest Milan boutique), Rihanna (wore her badass pieces in the Rockstar 101 video), and Lady Gaga, as well as countless fashion magazines and blogs.
