Customer Service

Curve is happy to accept returns/exchanges with seven (7) days on items that are not marked Final Sale in perfect, sellable condition with tags still attached. Curve reserves the right to refuse a return if goods show signs of wear, or if all steps laid forth below are not followed. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and you will not receive a refund. For questions concerning the return/exchange process, please e-mail us at clientservices@shopcurve.com.

  1. Send an e-mail to clientservices@shopcurve.com with a brief explanation of why you wish to return/exchange your purchase. Please include the following information:
  • Style number
  • Color
  • Size
  • Receipt #
  • Purchase Date

2. For an exchange, we will check if the merchandise is in stock. If not, you may choose to return the item.

3. Once your request is reviewed by Curve, you will receive as Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Securely seal your package, write the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship to:

6. We will not accept any boxes without the RA number written on the outside of the box, so the box will be returned to you at your expense if there is no number written.

7. We suggest you ship your goods back to us via UPS, FedEx, or insured post. Curve will not be held responsible for any return packages that are lost, stolen, damages, or mishandled. Also, Curve will not accept any packages shipped COD (cash/check on delivery).

8. Once the package is received, Curve will inspect the goods to make sure they haven’t been used/worn, and are still in sellable condition with all original tags attached.

  • If the return has been declined because the item has been worn, damaged, washed, dry cleaned, or the original tags and attachments are not attached, we will return the item to you.
  • If the return has been authorized and you do not wish to exchange for anything else, a refund will be issued to the card used on the original transaction ONLY. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • If the return has been authorized and you have chosen to exchange for another item, the exchange item will be shipped upon availability and the shipping will be charged to the same credit card used for the original sale.  If the price of the exchange is higher than the price of the original purchase, any remaining amount due must be tendered before we ship the exchange to you.
  • Once the exchange has been sent out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.

 

 

Gift Returns
You may exchange any gift from Curve for another item of the same value or more. You will be responsible for paying the additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties.

 

 

Sale Price Adjustment Policy
Curve will offer a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced items purchased no more than 7 days before the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact style, color, and size of your item must be available for purchase during the promotion for your purchase to be eligible for price adjustment. Items already discounted are also not eligible. All approved sale price adjustments will be issued as a store credit valid for six (6) months on www.shopcurve.com only.

 

 

Shipping Method
Curve ships with UPS for all domestic orders. For domestic orders, we offer Standard Overnight, 2 Day, and Ground shipping. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and will require a signature upon delivery. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and vary depending on the weight of the package and shipping service selected.  We regretfully do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

 

Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM PT will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and payment authorization. Orders placed after 1PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday will be processed on Monday, as Curve does not process orders on weekends or holidays.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions
Ground shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. The slowest method of shipment available for these states is 2 Day Service. Curve cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Once UPS collects your package, you will assume risk for it. You will be responsible for all charges.  If you decide to refuse any shipments from Curve, all shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of your refund upon return of the box.

Curve offers free Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all orders over $500. Ground shipping takes anywhere from 2-6 business days.
